  • We'll get you coffee and lunch appointments with Real Estate Agents.
  • We'll act as your marketing assistant.
  • We'll take over your Social Media so you can focus on selling.
  • We'll build Ad Campaigns using the latest technology to deliver 5-7 Exclusive and Quality Leads per day for each Loan Officer.
  • Advertising and Organizing First Time Home Buyer Events.
Long Term

THE NUMBERS

The first step in this program is to stabilize each Loan Officers referral sources, add new ones to achieve an AVERAGE of 20 funded/closed loans per month. Here are the numbers.

$(average loan amount)= $5,000,000 /monthly production or $60,000,000 a year in annual production.
bps(compensation)= $1,050,000 compensation per year.

While everyone sells at a different pace, we keep marketing,
branding and supporting you until we get there.
