THE NUMBERS

The first step in this program is to stabilize each Loan Officers referral sources, add new ones to achieve an AVERAGE of 20 funded/closed loans per month. Here are the numbers.

$(average loan amount)= $5,000,000 /monthly production or $60,000,000 a year in annual production.
bps(compensation)= $1,050,000 compensation per year.

While everyone sells at a different pace, we keep marketing,
