John Seckel is the founder, owner and President of Exclusive Marketing Agency, LLC. John Seckel graduated from Northeastern University in December of 2003 with a dual degree in Business Administration (concentration in Finance) and also Management Information Systems. He graduated early from a 5-year program. Following school, John Seckel accepted a position at Wachovia Corporation starting as a Financial Analyst. After only a short time at Wachovia, Seckel found himself being promoted to the youngest Vice President of Credit Products and International Banker for CIB International (Investment Banking) in Wachovia history. For two years, John was involved in the underwriting and risk analysis for the mergers behind several large corporations. During his several years there, he was awarded for his underwriting, customer service and risk analysis on a $825MM M&A Deal.
John Seckel is a very experienced, awarded entrepreneur, as well as the President of Seckel Enterprises, The Seckel Foundation which gives back to local community and several other businesses. Over the course of his career, John continues to find industry gaps and create solutions through his multiple business ventures. He is a passionate problem solver and innovator who never backs down from a challenge.

When I was asked to join the team at EMA, I jumped at the chance at working with a new boutique marketing agency. After several years of working as a marketing and sales consultant in the financial and insurance industries, I was ready to join a fresh team of marketing professionals and contribute to the growth of EMA.

 

My marketing experience spans 30 years across multiple industries and verticals. Most notably is Real Estate, Insurance, Financial, Renewable Energy, Hospitality, Travel and Destination Marketing. I specialize in Marketing and Sales Process Strategy, Development and Management as well as Digital, Content and Influencer Marketing. I love nothing more than connecting the dots and providing solid and results-driven solutions to our clients. I have always been fortunate in that my work has never been a “job” rather my passion and a big part of my life.

 

When I am not building amazing processes, strategies and campaigns, I can usually be found roaming the streets of San Francisco, seeking out a great picking spot for junk and antiques, gardening or kayaking, anywhere the water will have me. I am the proud mother of two amazing men and doting grandmother to the best five-year old you will ever meet.

As a marketing professional with a proven background in social media management positions, it is with great excitement that I have joined the EMA team! My experience spans 9+ years of hands-on experience and multiple career successes in FB ad development, digital marketing campaigns, project management and market analysis.

My expertise has allowed me to produce positive results for my clients through development of digital marketing content. In previous roles, I supervised a team of content developers and utilized successful strategies in marketing campaigns to reach a 400% ROI level for all marketing ads. I managed various client accounts, oversaw budgets/ expenses, and leveraged my social media experience to nurture and convert clients into long-term clients.

My main goal is to identify the needs of my clients and successfully execute a strategic plan within budget and timeline. Nothing brings me more joy and excitement than to know that my expertise has helped someone grow and scale their business!

Erick van der Lee is the Director of Digital Operations at Exclusive Marketing Agency. Managing a talented team of digital professionals dedicated to providing value and service to our clients. He has almost twenty years experience in digital marketing, specializing in Digital Strategy, SEO, Paid Advertising, Social Media Advertising, Content Marketing, Project Management, Client Services and three years traditional marketing for Coldwell Banker San Diego. Erick’s devotion to customer satisfaction and his passion for identifying creative marketing solutions help achieve his client’s business objectives.

His team’s main focus is to be a partner for his clients, consult on best practices, and provide strategic direction.
